Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is $0 for as long as you use it, with no time limit and no credit card. It's for one person: a personal workspace with up to 100 links and every organizing, search and extension feature.
How does Pro pricing work?
Pro is $10 per seat per month, or $100 per seat per year. A seat is an owner or editor, someone who can add or change links. Viewers are free and unlimited on Pro, so you can give the whole company read access without growing the bill. There's no free trial, and you can cancel any time.
Can I invite teammates on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is just you, with no other members, including viewers. Upgrade the workspace to Pro to invite editors, and add as many viewers as you like.
Can I import my existing bookmarks?
Yes. Import the bookmarks file exported from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Arc or Brave, or a CSV (Pocket and Raindrop exports work too). Folders, tags and original dates are kept, and links you already have are skipped.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. Export the whole workspace as an HTML bookmarks file that any browser can import, or as a CSV with folders, tags and notes.
Which browsers does the extension support?
Chrome and other Chromium browsers, including Edge, Brave and Arc. The web app works in any modern browser, on desktop and mobile.
What is the ;; link picker?
With the extension installed, type two semicolons in almost any text box, like Gmail, Slack, GitHub or a form. A search of your saved links opens at the cursor, and the link you pick is inserted with its title.
Can people outside my team see my links?
Only if you share a folder. A shared folder becomes a read-only public page that anyone with the link can open, no account needed. Notes and archived links are never shown, and you can revoke the link any time.
